Making a Claim for the Fitment Guarantee

For incorrect LEDs, send us a note on the Contact Us page.  To make a claim for our Fitment Guarantee, send us the Year, Make, Model, Body Style, and Trim of your car, a picture of the stock bulb, a picture of the socket, and a picture of the bulb you received.  We'll do some more research and get you the LEDs you need.

Terms for Fitment Guarantee

Vehicles that have a Compare to Original in the Qualifier do not qualify for the Fitment Guarantee.  When this is listed, you must compare your stock bulb to the pictured bulb to ensure its fitment. 
Products purchased not using the LED Finder do not qualify for the Fitment Guarantee.
Final determination of the Fitment Guarantee will be made at the discretion of Supernova LEDs.
Correct fitment is defined as a bulb number that is different from the bulb number listed in our database and on the website. 
LEDs that do not physically fit in the housing do not qualify for a Fitment Guarantee claim.  You must measure the physical space available and compare it to the dimensions of the LED. 
The Fitment Guarantee applies only to unmodified OEM light housings.
LEDs that cause a bulb out warning or hyperblinking do not qualify for a Fitment Guarantee claim.  This can be solved by using resistors or by purchasing CANBUS LEDs.

If you are denied for a claim for the Fitment Guarantee, you will still get the right LEDs for your car!  Ship your LEDs back to us and Supernova LEDs will send you the correct LEDs and pay for the replacement shipment's shipping costs.  You will not be eligible to receive the 10% refund.
